A Wave From Everything A Wave from Everything is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in the quiet Cobb's Cove subdivision. You're only a short golf cart ride or walk away from the beach, making this a perfect vacation getaway! This 1800 square foot home offers plenty of deck seating to enjoy the beautiful views of the beach -what a place to enjoy your morning coffee!! The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, and is open to the kitchen and dining area. You will find everything you need to prepare and serve all your favorite meals, along with ample seating at the island, dining table, and an additional table/chairs (also great for game night!).The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has one twin bed and one set of twin over twin bunk beds. The third bedroom has one twin over queen bunk bed along with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed - so 14 can sleep comfortably.Downstairs you will find room for parking, a charcoal grill, outdoor swing, picnic table and extra seating for friends and family. The sand shower is perfect for rinsing off a day spent at the beach, before enjoying the property.Small dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
