Close to all your fishing, hiking, shopping, casino and only 25 minutes to Sunrise. Nicely treed big lot for privacy. Walking paths and walking distance to movie theater, Pinetop Brewery and stores in Lakeside. DUE TO MODERATE CLIMATE IN THIS AREA, THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE A/C.Like most homes/cabins in the area they do not have air conditioning. It can accomodate 4 adults Max and 1 small toddler to sleep comfortable. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM ON ALL RENTALS EXCEPT HOLIDAYS WHICH REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT NO PETS ALLOWED DUE TO PET ALLERGIES DUE TO COVID WE ARE TAKING EXTRA PRECAUTIONS WITH CLEANING IN BETWEEN GUESTS.
