Boasting prime access to beaches, West Bay, and the Gulf, this home is also just a short drive from attractions and entertainment in downtown Galveston. Featuring a spacious, enclosed yard, this two-bedroom home offers plenty of room for guests to spread out in comfort - inside and out. Relax on either the ground floor patio or on the wraparound deck while the family dogs play in the yard. The breezy patio offers ample shade with cushioned furniture and a hammock chair while the deck includes a four-seater dining table, perfect for al fresco meals or happy hour beverages. The interior features a bright, open living space with a full kitchen and dining area set for eight. Central AC, WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern essentials. After a day at the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower and head inside to unwind with a family movie night on the flatscreen smart TV.In lieu of collecting a security deposit, we will collect, for each reservation, a one-time non-refundable $79.00 damage waiver fee. This is already included in the management fee you pay. The damage waiver is provided by Waivo, a third-party vendor which is not affiliated with us. Generally, the damage waiver provides up to $5,000 of coverage towards unintentional property damage. The coverage is subject to all applicable terms and conditions imposed by Waivo, including, without limitation, those terms and conditions described on the attached Exhibit A. Waivo's terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any changes to or variance in Waivo's terms and conditions which conflict with or contradict the information provided in Exhibit A. You are responsible for obtaining accurate and up-to-date terms and conditions directly from Waivo at the time of purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, Waivo fails or refuses to cover any costs or expenses incurred due to damages resulting from your stay, We shall be entitled to charge the credit card on file or otherwise collect such additional amounts as may be incurred for damages or theft, including, without limitation, the market rate for replacement of costs or repairs plus time and materials, in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
