This beachfront home is located in the quiet Caplen area, with some of the best beachcombing on the Bolivar Peninsula! It is a 1595 square foot home that stands on almost 1 acre of land with plenty of room to stretch, relax, and enjoy your time off. After playing at the beach you can wash the day off in the outdoor shower, relax under the Palapa or enjoy a game of horseshoes with family and friends. The partially covered upstairs deck is perfect for watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico with your morning coffee, or relaxing with a book.Sunset Peach sleeps 10 comfortably. All the bedrooms and living area are equipped with TVs and ceiling fans. The living room and master bedroom also have DVD players. Bedrooms one and two feature 2 queen beds in each, and bedroom three has a king bed. The utility room has washer/dryer and extra refrigerator. The downstairs patio area is equipped with a charcoal BBQ grill, picnic table, horseshoe pit, and palapa - perfect for making beach memories with family and friends. Your small dog is welcome with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.
