This is perfect for the whole family, couple's getaway or friends looking to unwind. The home is a stylish, fully-furnished 3 bed, 2 bath beach house with direct access to the beach. You can walk, rent a golf cart next door or drive your own car to the beach.The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a brand-new mattress that sleeps 2 and a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a brand-new mattress that sleeps 2, smart TV, and a dresser. The 3rd bedroom features 2 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds with brand-new mattresses that sleep 4. The living room has comfortable seating and a large smart TV. There is ample space in the house for a group of 8.The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, bowls, plates, bakeware, blender, cutting board, rice cooker, toaster, cutlery, wine glasses, spices, e.t.c. There is a coffee maker and kettle for you to use. We provide body soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and hair dryers.In the laundry room, you will find a washer and dryer, beach towels, and beach toys for kids. There are board games on the TV console.There is outdoor seating on the deck so you can take in all of the refreshing Peninsula breeze. Downstairs, you will find a tiki bar with built-in chairs and a picnic table for your group to socialize.Parking is allowed on the driveway. Please DO NOT park under the house. The driveway can fit 2 cars.
