On a large corner lot in the desirable Singing Sands subdivision, Sea Rock is happily situated right across the street from the community swimming pool! ($50/day add-on through March 2024)The large decks, covered and not covered, are ideal for star gazing, sunset watching, a spectacular beach view, and wonderful ocean breezes. The quiet roads in Singing Sands provide a great loop for walking, or stroll on the beach and collect shells. Less than 200 yards from the house to the sand and surf, it is a short walk or golf cart ride to the direct neighborhood access to the beach. Spend a few hours (or a few days!) enjoying the sun, sand and waves or try your hand at surf fishing right from the beach!After your beach time (or any time of day or night), enjoy the outdoor shower! The neighborhood pool (very rare on the peninsula!) is the perfect way to relax after a day playing in the waves. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, satellite television or decompress with a book or dvd. Sleeping accommodations include:Bedroom 1: (1) King bed with a full bath and 32-inch flat screen tv/dvd player/DirectvBedroom 2: (2) Queen beds with a 32-inch flat screen tv/dvd player/DirectvBedroom 3: (1) Twin/Full bunk bed, (1) twin bed, (1) twin trundle2 full bathrooms with tub/shower combos.Other things to note ~ Pool access is a $50/day. Golf cart is an available add-on.. Liability waiver required. Dogs are welcome, with restrictions. Please no more than 2. Cats NOT permitted. There will be a pet fee of $125.
