The unit includes washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The property was an elementary school house just 40 years ago before laws changed to make all schools be brick. The outside is surrounded by a fruit orchard and garden plots for other tenants to express their green thumbs! The property is home to long term tenants as well as people whom are looking for a vacation spot. This particular unit is located on the 3rd floor and has many original woodwork throughout to keep the schoolhouse history alive!
