Please note: the beautiful fenced Riverfront lawn area is shared with the front house, where the very friendly owner and his family occasionally stay.Best of all, all of Capitola's attractions are just a stone's throw away. From restaurants to shops and the beach, everything is within easy walking distance.Capitola is California’s oldest seaside resort town and continues to be a popular spot for those looking for a picturesque, quaint, and relaxing vacation destination. Capitola has a unique charm with its beautiful beaches and historic and colorful architecture, reminiscent of a Mediterranean village. The perfect spot to visit year-round, you will find an idyllic sleepy beach town in the Winter months and a bustling beach destination in the Summer months.**Please note: there is street parking only, and no dedicated parking spot. You will be provided with a Village Parking Pass to place on your dashboard.
