Open, airy, remodeled kitchen, gorgeous gas fireplace, WiFi, Big Screen TV and a back patio with a grille and lovely, terraced yard. This is coastal living at its best. One full bathroom downstairs with a Queen sofa sleeper, and two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a fullsize bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Covered tandem parking for 2 cars. Renter must be at least 25 years old. Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 8 people, our Seaview Condo (Listing# 1862292) is right next door and also sleeps up to 8 people so if you have a large party (more then 8 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios connect through a gate in the back fence. Perfect for extended families and/or friends traveling together.
