Whether you're looking to spend your days lounging on the beach, exploring the local area, or simply relaxing with friends and family, this home is the perfect place to do it all.The Space:- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults- 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom- 1 parking spaces in carport - paid street parking available in Capitola Village - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker- Living room- Small patioNote:- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.Guest Access:Guests will have full access to the entire home, including a patio. One parking spot is designated for this unit on the right side of the driveway, under the OVR sign. If you have a second car, we provide a map of the permitted and available parking areas.The Neighborhood:Capitola is a coastal jewel in Santa Cruz County. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.Getting Around:With your own parking space you can easily park your car upon arrival and enjoy the rest of the trip by foot!- Whole Foods, New Leaf, and Safeway (3-6 minute drive)- Downtown Santa Cruz and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (15-20 minute drive North)- The Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive South)Other Things to Note:- This neighborhood is very lively and on a main road, so there is some traffic noise throughout the day and occasionally at night.- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).
