The neighborhood is very quiet, contains sidewalks throughout and a few walking paths as well as a neighborhood park -- Holland Park Located at 4385 West Alberta Street, Fayetteville, AR 72704. The neighbors are all super friendly!You will have access to the entire home - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room, garage (game room) and back patio.Parking in the driveway is highly encouraged. Street parking is also available but please be mindful of the 'no parking' signs listed. Uber and Lyft are very popular in the area. In the downtown area, bikes and scooters are available for rent. Public transportation is also available via Ozark Regional Transit and Razorback Transit.
