Located just 10 minutes from the Marburger Antique show and 12 minutes from Round Top.This property is professionally managed by Hostie Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!Bohemian House is located on the town square of historic Fayetteville, Texas which is known for its quaint small-town charm, thriving art community, and unique architecture shaped by early Czech and German settlers. You will still find this influence in Fayetteville today. The town square, anchored by a historic courthouse, provides charming shops, museums, and eateries. Fayetteville is in close proximity to the renowned Round Top antique shops and festivals and is centrally located between Houston and Austin.Guests will have access to the entirety of Bohemian House with a private entrance and onsite parking for TWO vehicles. Any other vehicles will have to park on the Town Square just one block away. Guests can park in the driveway, on the street in front the house, or on the town square where ample parking is available. Round Top, Marburger, and Warrenton are a close 10-15 minute drive.-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. - When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $39 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).- Part of the charm of Fayetteville is the small town vibe.
