Whether you are business travelers or on vacation, our lovely home has all the conveniences to call home away from home.SMART HOME technology: Smart lock, smart thermostat, smart TV, smart speaker, etc.The relaxing living room has a large elegant sofa set and a 65 inch smart TV with many free TV apps, or log in with your own account (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. ). The TV is also hooked up to an indoor HD antenna. We don’t have cable or dish.A fully equipped kitchen which is supplied with cookware and basic cooking spices.The master bedroom suite is equipped with a queen bed with a high-quality mattress, a private full bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds with high-quality mattresses. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed.All bathrooms are supplied with fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.Washer/dryer are available with laundry detergent and dryer sheets.Free high-speed WiFi with download speed up to 150 Mbps.Google Home mini that uses only your voice to set alarm and timer, play music, search for local places, ... and many more.Heater/ AC with smart thermostat.Complimentary tea and coffee for you to make. Complimentary bottled water. Recently equipped new items include HVAC system with Nest thermostat, water heater, microwave oven, coffee maker, 65-inch smart TV, bathroom vanity and 100% cotton beddings, towel sets, etc. Guests have full access to the entire house for the duration of stay except for the two storages in the backyard, two closets for storing supplies, and garage which only for use of washer/dryer.Guests can enjoy our huge backyard with a beautiful gazebo.Self check-in with smart lock. We will communicate through text, phone or in-person. Guests have total privacy, but we are available for you if you have any questions or concerns.We always strive to keep the house beautiful and clean for our guests and ask that you respect our property by taking good care of it. We have security cameras on the exterior of the house for safety purpose. No security cameras inside the house.Parking in the driveway and street parking.No parties. No smoking and No use of any drugs anywhere on the property. Breaching this rule will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.No pets allowed. No fireworks allowed.
