Gorgeous with Pool! Nicest Part of San Jose, Almaden Valley Fully, furnished spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located on a cul de sac, 16,000 sq. foot lot. Newly landscaped backyard, completed June 2023. Newly installed floors throughout downstairs of house--completed January 2021. Newly remodeled downstairs bathroom--completed August 2020; upstairs bathroom remodeled April 2023.Very close to the Almaden IBM facility. Close to Quick Silver, Santa Teresa and Calero hiking and mountain bike parks. You can ride bikes directly from house. New warm floors in kitchen and family room, HD TV in family room and master bedroom, has TiVo box so you can record your favorite shows. Tuned piano. We have a secure wifi router just for great internet reception. In the kitchen we have all the items you'd find in your home (i.e. pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, kitchen aid mixer, coffee pot, Keurig along with coffee. The crock pot, Instant Pot and KitchenAid mixer are in closet under the stairs.) Pool: Children must be water safe to and should be at least 7-years old to stay here. We do not have a pool fence. Pool has a solar blanket. Keep it covered when not in use and it will heat to as much as 90 degrees in summer months. If you want to heat it to 80 degrees with the gas heater or during the winter months or days, there is an extra fee for that.Bring your ski boat, paddle boards or jet skis and enjoy our nearby Calero Lake. Also, we have lots of great wine tasting in the area - favorite local winery is J Winston which has bands on weekends. Great America and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk theme parks are also close.Absolutely NO parties or loud music allowed at this property! We have friendly neighbors and want to keep it that way.No smoking of any kind allowed indoors.No pets, we just landscaped our entire backyard.
