We have Hi-speed wireless internet along with ample office space.No pets are allowed in the propertyKitchen:Appliances such as a microwave, stove, refrigerator and freezer. Also included are two rice cookers, blender, coffee machine and toaster oven. Property has a large assortment of dishes. Including pots, pans, cutting boards, bakeware, and cooking utensils. Plenty of mugs, glasses, bowls and plates with several platter dishes. Filtered water is available from the fridge or spigot at the sink.Backyard:Backyard is a gardeners paradise, it is fenced with patio seating and a grill for you to spend time comfortably outside.There are two lush planter boxes filled with seasonal vegetables. Fruit trees are in the back as well as in the front. We have plum, nectarine, persimmon, fig, avocado, loquat, mandarin orange, fuji apple, grafted 5 variety apples, x2 pomegranate, Raspberry, bloodorange, and cara cara. If you see fruits or vegetables please help yourself. Living Spaces:Dining room table seating six with room for more additions.Two Living room areas that are spacious with two couches and a coffee table in each. Rugs included in living room areas. Surround sound system and TV available in one living room with a small assortment of DVDs and board games.Five queen beds all in separate rooms with storage space. You will have plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable.Spacious office area in upstairs loft. Overlooking downstairs living and dining room areas.Two restrooms complete with shampoo and body wash.There is a loft area in the upstairs of the house for children including games, books and seats.Other things to note:We appreciate your interest in our home. In order to keep our home comfortable, sanitized and safe, we have three cameras on the property for exterior visibility. House rules must be followed. You will be assessed $1,000 for violating our no party rule and no loud noise after 10:30pm. Also, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.Garage is off limits as we use it to store supplies for our home. You will have access to the entire home except for the garage.
