Family friendly 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home located in the heart of Little Elm. Ideal for long term stays or short getaways with family and friends, this space allows you to work from home and still enjoy time together. With a spacious turf back yard, relax and enjoy the fresh air as you read a book or watch the kids play or even grill on a Saturday afternoon. Need to work? You'll get to do so with ease. You get a separate fully equipped office space with 2 desks and chairs plus fast Wi-Fi. The master also has a beautiful walk in closet with a separate tub and shower. Upstairs we have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Turf in the back yard, a grill and 2 free parking spots on property. NB. The property does have surveillance devices, including security cameras and a smart doorbell. These devices are located on the outside of the property(above the garage to monitor the front of the house and in the back yard-above the back door and on the left and right side of the house). These ensure our home isn't damaged and to clarify any damage disputes
