Maximum occupancy should not be exceeded. -Maximum Overnight Occupancy (after dark): 10 -Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 15 3. Primary renter must be present during the entire stay. 4. Four cars MAX on property. Short-term rentals do not allow for parking on the street or anywhere except our driveway. No Pets are allowed anywhere on the property. No smoking of any kind inside our home. Immediate eviction and an additional fee will be applied for violation.
