Home is located a few lots away from the inter-coastal and is fully furnished and fully applianced including washer, dryer, and outdoor grill.All linens are included, as well as beach towels.Home has a kitchen, dining, living, and screened in patio. Master bedroom, with private master bath, has a queen size bed and has cable TV, second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin. Couches in living room have full size pull-outs.Home is walking distance to a playground, Walgreens, some wonderful restaurants, a Finnish bakery, and tennis courts. We are 1 mile to the ocean and beaches with restaurants, parking, shops, etc. House has 3 parking spots for use under a covered carport and on the driveway, and parking is allowed on the street. Two hours to Disney, Epcot and Seaworld. Twenty minutes to West Palm and 1 hour to Miami. 15 Minutes from West Palm airport. Many local attractions.
