Home is located a block off of the inter-coastal and is fully furnished and includes all appliances, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and outdoor grill.All linens are included, as well as beach towels.Home has a kitchen, dining, living, and Florida room. Master bedroom, with private master bath, has a queen size bed and has Direct TV, second bedroom has 2 queen size beds with TV/DVD player, and last bedroom has 2 full size beds. Couches in living room and Florida room have full size pull-outs.Home is walking distance to a playground, Walgreens, some wonderful restaurants, a Finnish bakery, and tennis courts. We are 1 mile to the ocean and beaches with restaurants, parking, shops, etc. House has 2 parking spots in front of a detached garage (garage is unavailable for use, as used for private storage), and parking is allowed on the street. Two hours to Disney, Epcot and Seaworld. Twenty minutes to West Palm and 1 hour to Miami. 15 Minutes from West Palm airport. Many local attractions.
