I go above and beyond to accommodate all of my guests and large parties. From bank conferences, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family reunions, several families for one amazing vacation, two weddings, and many birthday parties from the beautiful lady who turned 90, I also just had a wonderful booking with a large 80th birthday party. And a fun 67th birthday party too. Beautiful home with Coldwater Lake access built in 2007. Two stories, 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Nine Beds, soon to add a queen sleeper sofa. Currently can sleep 16 in beds. Seven flat screen TVs, WiFi above 500 Mbps, all bedrooms have Netflix, Spectrum Cable, Prime Video and HBO MAX. Both bathrooms are handicap accessible. ADA compliant shower and toilet bars, shower chair if needed, and walker if needed. All doors have a minimum width of 36 inches as well. The first floor is all hardwood floors and tile. Second floor amazingly comfortable carpet and hardwood floors. The house is directly beside Camp Buckeye. There are campers, RV's, and trailers in the neighborhood. The home is located on a channel that is a 5 minute boat ride to Coldwater Lake. Very close to the Sandbar and Roy’s Gas Station if you are familiar with the area. I have been a host for years, and I love it !!
