The South Padre Island Beach is only a few minutes away just on the other side of the Queen Isabel Bridge.The spaceThis home is great for a family stay because it features four (4) very private bedrooms and sleeps up to nine (9) guests. It is a very cozy two story home with stunning views from all over!Kitchen:The Port Isabel Waterfront Hideaway features a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and brand new appliances. The home is completely tiled (no need to worry about getting sandy feet on the carpet!)Backyard Deck :Relax on the expansive Backyard Deck in the evenings. You'll love the very private area and the amazing waterfront views from the deck or sit along the seawall - a great view of the sunset, the Queen Isabel Bridge, South Padre Island and even Fireworks in the distance every weekend night during the Summer months! Please watch your children while outside on the deck or the seawall - there is no fence.Bring your Boat or rent one nearby! There is a Boat Dock just steps from your backdoor. The Dock has easy access steps leading up to the seawall. Using the Boat Dock is At Your Own Risk.The yard also features a Weber Charcoal Grill for your use - we only ask that guests clean the grill after using it.Bedrooms (4):There is sleeping space for 9 people. There are three (3) bedrooms on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have 2-Single Beds and sleep 2 guests each - one of them has a foldable twin bed too. One of the bedrooms has a Queen Ben that sleeps 2 guests. The primary bedroom is on the 2nd level and features a King bed that sleeps two guests.Each bed is provided with freshly cleaned linens for every guest. There is plenty of space for storage of your bags in each bedroom. The 2nd level bedroom features a large closet with hangers and additional storage.Each TV in the bedroom has a streaming device for you to be able to access your preferred streaming service (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc..)Bathrooms (2):The bathrooms are fully stocked with toiletries, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels for each guest. There is a bathroom on each level. We're sure you'll enjoy a nice long shower after a fun day at the beach!Living Room:The living room provides amazing views of the bay with large windows! It features plenty of sitting space and a TV with access to a streaming device. The living room also features a sun room and a Billiard/Pool Table.Parking:Guests are welcome to use the driveway and park up to two (2) vehicles or one vehicle with a boat in the driveway. Plenty of parking for a golf cart too. Also, the FREE SPI Shuttle has a stop nearby and will take you all over Port Isabel and South Padre Island at no cost.Important Information:- Pets are NOT permitted.- Please watch your children while outside, there is no fence in the backyard.- Use of the Boat Dock is At Your Own Risk.- Smoking is NOT permitted.- Please clean BBQ Grill after use.- Events and parties are NOT permitted and will be strictly enforced.- Maximum occupancy restrictions are strictly enforced by fire code, no more than the maximum number of guests allowed at any time.Guest accessThere is parking available for two (2) cars in the driveway. Also, the City of South Padre Island provides a FREE Shuttle Service that goes all over Port Isabel and South Padre Island.Other things to note:- Pets are NOT permitted.- Please watch your children while outside, there is no fence.- A entire-home generator has been installed for your convenience, so there is no need to worry about electric outages during storm season.
