Our home is situated on Lake Lanier, just 20 minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center and perfectly located for exploring the quaint little towns of Tryon, Landrum, and Saluda, or taking daytrips to Asheville, Hendersonville, and Greenville (about 30-45 minutes away).The property boasts a private dock for swimming, floating, fishing, or simply enjoying the view. Explore the lake on our seven kayaks located in the boathouse for your enjoyment. We also have a backyard firepit and outdoor gas grill as well as an outdoor shower for those who want to rinse off before heading inside.Our home is located in a private, peaceful neighborhood, so quiet hours from 10:00p-8:00a are essential.As you come in the front door on the main level, you will find a spacious modern chef's kitchen including a central island, double oven, and many other amenities. The dining table seats 12 comfortably, and there is a screen porch overlooking the lake. The master suite (with private bath) is also on the main level and has a separate door to the screen porch.Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (each with a queen bed). The third bedroom has a crib as well. A washer and dryer are also located upstairs for your use.In the basement is a second master suite (with a king bed and private bath) and a large family area with sofas and chairs for watching TV or movies. There is also an abundance of board games as well as a ping-pong table for your enjoyment. A large cement driveway and parking area will easily accommodate six cars. Towels and linens are included. Also, for your convenience there is wireless high-speed Internet available throughout the house. A grocery store is located less than 1/2 mile away.
