Occupancy of 4 Adult + 3 children. Enjoy the Harbor views and sunsets from the large downstairs balcony (complete with furniture and gas grill). Or enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the upstairs master bedroom balcony. The home is fully furnished, WI-FI throughout the house, smart TV's (Roku with local over the air TV channels) in the living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
