There is a king-size bed in the primary suite with an over-sized balcony, which is perfect for enjoying sunrise yoga or watching the full-moon rise over the bay. There is in-suite large bathroom with a soaking tub with bay views and a separate shower and large walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom that has an oversized walk-in shower and separate vanity area. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has 2 built-in bunkbeds of extra long twin beds, sleeping up to 4. There are three smart televisions with the Wi-fi service supplied channels and the ability to download and login to your own subscriptions. The living room, kitchen and dining room have sweeping views of the bay. The glass dining room table seats 6, and there is additional seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen is fully-equipped with service for 8. The outdoor patio leads down to a dock from which you can fish and crab. There is a Weber Genesis gas grill ready for your catch of the day or an outdoor barbecue. South Padre Island Golf Community is gated, pedestrian-friendly, and supports an active, healthy lifestyle. There is a community boat ramp for your use in addition to three swimming pools, one of which is a salt-water pool that is steps away from your door. Additionally, the community has for use free pickleball and tennis courts and a well-equipped fitness center.
