It is a 20-minute drive to South Padre Island beaches.Relax with the whole family you'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.Spacious 3 Bdr 2.5 bath town house for families up to six members with clear view to South Padre Island. Watch the sun come up over the island and relax in shaded waterfront balcony and patio in the evening while the lights come on at the island and watch the fireworks. Located in a quiet gated community enjoy the local community pool. Across from the home is the local harbor pool. You have access to a newly updated 18 hole PGA golf course that is open to the public, and the golf community tennis court, basketball court, fitness room, and clubhouse and large heated pool. This is a two level home with one king size bed in the master bedroom and private bath looking out over the bay. Two bedrooms upstairs with a queen size bed beds a bunk bed share a full bath in the hall. There is a powder room downstairs. The living room has a large screen TV cable and streaming. Each bedroom has a TV and streaming capability. There is whole house WiFi, and a full size washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. There is whole house water softener and an R/O water system in the kitchen. Trash pickup is on Tuesday and Friday at curbside. A gas grill is on the patio for your grilling pleasure should you choose to grill. The kitchen is all stainless steel and electric. Kitchen equipment and utensils are provided. The kitchen has all the tools necessary to allow you to prepare your family's favorite meal or mix your favorite drink. Place settings for 6 are included. A guest binder at the town house provides you with information on activities and dining in the area. Local water activities include deep sea fishing, bay fishing, jet skiing, wind surfing and spending beach time playing in the warm gulf water. Ride a horse on the beach or visit the Water Park located on South Padre island. Bird walks and turtle rescue and learning centers are also located on the island. The Port Isabel lighthouse has been recently renovated and provides spectacular views. The Brownsville Zoo - it is a fun place and has regular activities for kids, or take one of many dolphin watching boat tours.Upon arrival, easily access your home with a Keyless secure door code; no need for an in-person key exchange.
