Brand new barndo with large boat barn, game room and outdoor entertaining space The Southerly Breeze is a brand-new barndominium in POC located close to the boat launches, beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Our home has 1 king bedroom downstairs and 2 queen bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom with bathtub/shower combinations and Roku tv's in each room. There is also a game room upstairs with a 55" TV and a large sectional for extra sleeping space. Also in the game room is a table for extra dining space or playing games (several board games, card games, poker chips and dominoes are available for your use). We also have a queen and twin blow up bed with linens available for additional sleeping space, as well as a pack and play, highchair and baby monitor for the little ones.Attached is a large boat barn to store your boat while it is off the water and an outdoor entertaining space complete with a BBQ pit, fire pit, outdoor dining and cornhole game. We look forward to hosting you and your guests in Port O'Connor - still the best kept fishing secret on the Gulf Coast!
