Whether going to the beach, fishing, hunting, birdwatching, or just hanging-out, this house is equipped to provide you with a pleasurable stay. It has an outstanding location in a quiet, safe, well maintained neighborhood within minutes of the boat ramps.The Bungalow is unique in that it offers amenities for all ages to enjoy. What makes this property special is the stocked pond for your "catch and release" pleasure. Plus, there is a paddle boat and kayaks moored at the dock for your use. Be mindful, life jackets are required for children and all pond activities are at your own risk. A well-maintained trail around the pond invites you to take a nature walk or get some exercise as you observe various waterfowl stalking fish. Additional birdwatching from the deck promises endless entertainment. A plus is the seasonal arrival of purple martins to the gourd racks to raise their young. And of course, pet mallards and geese roam the property and eagerly await someone to throw them some corn stowed on the deck.THE BUNGALOW has 2 full beds in one bedroom and two twin over full bunks in the other. There is a daybed with a trundle in the Living Room. There is a detached bunk house that serves as the 3rd bedroom with 4 twin beds, the third bathroom, and a TV room complete with a coffee bar. Hence, The Bungalow comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Your, well-disciplined pet is welcome. We insist that pets are not to be allowed in the bedroom or on furniture. Also, if you leave for the day, take your pet with you or kennel it. Please, leash your dog around the premises.A few words about the security cameras--they are unarmed during your stay to insure your privacy. They are in use only when the house is vacant. POC is not crime free.
