Take in the sunset on enormous decks or from the home’s custom infinity edge pool and oversized spa while the kids enjoy the basketball hoop, splash pool, and built-in waterslide. The custom pool and spa are outfitted with lights, jets, waterfalls, a meandering water feature that is sure to impress. The entire property is well landscaped, fenced, and gated which makes for a private ‘compound’ feel. With the community boat launch just steps away, bring your own boat and leave it in the on-water covered slip or enjoy some of the property's non-motorized water toys, several covered sitting areas, boathouse slide, and second story water swing!Guests will have exclusive access to full property and will not share with anyone other than their party. The pool is not able to be heated. "Can I bring my pet?"While we love dogs we - unfortunately - do not allow pets on the property. "Can I bring my boat?"Sure! We have one covered boat slip available. It is 9’ 6” Wide x 24’ Long x 11’ High. There is a private boat ramp right around the corner from the house. "Are there life jackets at the property?"Yes! We include a few life jackets with every rental. If you have a large group, we would strongly recommend that you bring a life jacket for every member of your party. "The house looks pretty big...what is the maximum number of guests you can accommodate?"18 total guests can stay at the property.
