Gorgeous, top floor home with incredible views and great location. Large 2 BD / 2 BA (>1,400 sf) with one parking spot in garage. This top floor unit has plenty of light and unmatched views from both indoor and outdoor living areas. There is a fantastic and large private terrace (22’ x 9’ ), all furnished, off of the living room, with views of the SF Bay and East Bay hills. The home is very comfortable, with a large, open concept living space, including 65” flat screen tv, gas fireplace, dining area and a full-size kitchen with plenty of counter space and modern appliances.The large main bedroom with king size bed has an ensuite bathroom and plenty of closet space. Blinds and shutters ensure a very dark room for sleeping. The second bedroom has lots of light, reclaimed hardwood floor and a small southwest facing balcony. It is fitted with a brand new, very comfortable queen-sized murphy bed (firm mattress) that adds versatility to this room. Built in desk space and a power-standing desk which can be rolled to other parts of the home as needed.The two bathrooms have been renovated recently and have skylights that provide plenty of natural light.Transportation is a breeze with Caltrain a few steps away, freeway access just a few blocks away, and plenty walkability to nearby stores, bars, and restaurants. Chase center is a 15 minute walk, if every you want to catch a game or concert.This is our home, where we currently live. We'll be away for a few months over the winter and it would be great for the place to be used and enjoyed by someone in the meantime.Includes a cleaner every two weeks (kitchen, bathrooms, and floors)
