The home also offers easy access to groceries, shopping, and entertainment including fishing and charters. Enjoy morning coffee, outdoor entertainment, and golden hour cocktails on the screened porch overlooking the preserve.The spacious, split-level floor plan features and vibrant coastal decor well suited for modern, indoor comfort. Relax in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV or challenge friends and family to some casual competition with a few rounds of pool. The full kitchen comes well-appointed for home-cooking complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher. There's breakfast bar seating on either end of the kitchen and the dining bench is set for four.For guest privacy, the primary and guest rooms are located on opposite sides of the house. Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.WHAT’S NEARBYThe neighborhood features a picnic area, boat launch, and kayak/paddleboard ramp within walking distance. Bicycles are available for guest use.THINGS TO KNOWIf you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Security camera details: Driveway and front door.Dock details: There is a private beach and boat ramp at the end of the street that guests may use. Boats can not be docked here. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
