Tootsie's LUX Townhome is a 3 Story, 2300 SF, 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Modern Townhome! Ultimate comfort during your stay is our goal. Tootsie's is stocked to make you feel right at home. Keypad entry allows for easy check-in and access. Upon entering, you will be greeted by beautiful wood floors, a staircase with custom carpet and a hallway that leads to the garage, bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The 1st floor bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom. It has ample counter space, a shower tub combo and a walk-in closet with a rollaway twin along with ample storage space. The second floor is perfect for entertaining. Your dining area greets you with an abundance of natural light. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table. The kitchen has a large 8 foot long island with barstools for 3. The kitchen is outfitted with top of the line Kitchen Aid appliances and a coffee bar with a Keurig. Our pantry is stocked with extra touches such as a mini air fryer and crock pot. Enjoy your favorite meals at home in our fully stocked kitchen. We have a fabulous bar with ample counter space, bar essentials.The living room invites you to kick back and relax around the 72" Smart HDTV with surround sound. We have a comfortable sectional and two chairs that provide seating for 8. Nestle around the gas fireplace during the cold months with a flip of a switch. The French doors and windows provide ample natural light and we have floor to ceiling curtains for privacy. The stylish half bath is located just off the living room next to the second set of stairs. Atop the stairs the laundry room is situated between the primary suite and third bedroom. Our stocked laundry room is yours to use during your stay. The primary suite has a king bed with plush bedding, couch, dedicated workspace with a HD smart tv. The spa like en suite bathroom has double sinks, a rain head shower, body sprayer, soaking tub and private potty room. The closet is massive with lots of drawers and hanging space as well a rollaway twin. The luxurious third bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom, that has a tub shower combo, a walk in closet, rollaway twin bed and a HD smart TV. There is a second refrigerator in the garage for you to use during your stay. Our internet is super fast! 1 Gig wifi!!! We hope you feel right at home at Tootsie's!
