Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well. Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. The fourth bedroom features a set of full-over-full bunk beds, making it perfect for the younger crew.But the fun doesn't stop indoors! Head downstairs to the expansive backyard, where there's plenty of space for yard games, BBQs, and enjoying the fresh Texas air. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a surfing getaway with friends, or a relaxing escape, Surf's Up has everything you need for an unforgettable beachside experience. Book your stay today and let the waves wash your worries away!We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.House Rules:- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.- One-night stays must be approved.- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
