The spacious bedroom has a king bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch, loveseat rocker/recliner, & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Joined with the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen smart tv's. The WiFi gives access to all streaming channels. Apt is in a 4-plex100' behind our home on 5 acres in a beautiful valley at the end of a tree-lined dead-end private rural road near LRAFB & Pine Valley Golf Course, secluded & quiet, yet close to the city wrapped in foam insulation for max sound barrier. If u like fishing, bring your gear to fish the pond 100' from the apt. There are 2 kayaks available for guests to use; also a fire pit near the pond with skewers available for roasting marshmallows, hotdogs, or whatever. If u don't want to wet a hook or get on the water or roast smores near the water, u can enjoy the gorgeous view of the pond & the serenity of our valley.
