Public boat ramp is 2 minutes down the road. Secluded beach accesible by boat just 10 mintues from house. House is located 30 minutes from Sargent and also from Freeport for those who would like to visit the beach by vehicle. House is in quiet nieghborhood, wonderful for get-a-way.
