The upstairs level boasts a master bedroom and bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen as well as a guest bath situated outside the den which features a queen size sleeper sofa. Head down the stairs to the lower level with another kitchen, living room w/queen sized sleeper sofa, dining area and 2 queen sized bedrooms plus day beds in each with a guest bathroom nestled between them. Step outside to the back patio and enjoy your surroundings which include a full sized BBQ and a heated swimming pool!! Please call the office to ensure this property has Cable TV or Streaming only or both.There are 2 air mattress (1 queen/1 twin) available for use but occupancy is still limited to 12Please note the garage and utility closet are not available for guest use.Please be advised: this home is audio and video surveilled.
