About 20 minutes away from near by restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries and gas stations.Getting Around:A car is a necessity in the hill country especially on a ranch!Other Things to Note:Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. We have a protection plan in place included in the booking price, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.Please note: Before your booking begins, you will be required to confirm your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.- Perfect property for events, family reunions, and retreats.- Pets allowed with fee per pet. Not to exceed 4 pets. Please clean up after your animals.- This property has an unsupervised water features. There is no lifeguard on duty. - Swim at your own risk. Please no glass in the pool/spa area.- Fireworks are not allowed.- There is a fire pit on site for guest use. We kindly ask bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.-For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.Please note that this is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services, so we recommend enabling ‘WiFi calling’ on your device.As you may know, it's currently bug season here, and our location is known for its small inhabitants.
