Lastly, you’ll have full access to the grounds and waterfront.Other things to noteBecause the water level at Lake Medina changes, the access to the water is subject to change as well. As of June 2023, the lake is about 5-6% full or about 75-80’ low. Please view ALL photos of our listing to understand where the house is in relation to the current water level. You can drive an off-road rated vehicle from the house to the waterline but you are doing so AT YOUR OWN RISK!
