LUXURY Vacation Home in Palm Harbor Our sophisticated home is situated on a prime spot overlooking the Pinellas Biking/Walking Trail. This 3 story home features wood floors throughout, beautiful matching wood cabinets in kitchen, granite counter tops & both full baths have Jacuzzi tubs! The spacious family/fireplace room have access to the wrap around balcony over looking the newly updated heated pool area/trail where you can also relax and watch the sunset. Outside features private fenced in pool area surrounded by lush tropical plants and foliage, grill and Jacuzzi. There is also a gym on the first floor. Only 30 Minutes from famous Clearwater Beach and Dunedin beaches are 10 mins. Close to downtown Palm Harbor and Tarpon Sponge docks. Minutes away are many shopping/malls, restaurants, parks, beaches, golf courses, and endless Florida weather activities to choose from. Tampa International airport is a 30 min drive. HEATED POOL: We will ask to collect $20 charge per day (plus tax) from guests requesting the pool to be heated during their stay.HIGH CHAIR/PACKNPLAY: Available upon request.SOFA BED: Please request in advance and we will have the bed made up for your stay.
