Ozona Bungalow&Guesthouse! Pet friendly, slps 8, 3 blks to Trail, brewery & eats This property consists of the bungalow which sleeps up to 6 and the guesthouse which sleeps 2. There is a courtyard between the houses with gas grill umbrella tables, small bar, and other seating. Yard is completely fenced front and back, making it child and dog friendly. Back yard has a large fire pit.Bungalow has completely updated kitchen. It contains; an extra large refrigerator, 2 additional separate refrigerator drawers, 3 ovens, dishwasher, extra large farmhouse sink. There is an ample dining area with drink bar and fireplace. The living room has comfortable seating and 50" television. The sofa is a queen size sleeper. Bedrooms in the bungalow contain a queen size bed in one and a full size bed in the other. In the room off of the living room there are 2 twin beds, desk and chair. Laundry room is fully equipped and has all laundry supplies. Full bath has tub with shower. Front porch is a great place to take a morning coffee!The guesthouse is a studio with a queen size bed, 32" television, "hotel style" kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and small refrigerator. The guesthouse also has a totally updated bath with double sink and tub with shower.**Please be aware that although older reviews may reference kayaks, they are no longer included with the rental property.
