Heating the hot tub requires adjusting valves by a responsible adult guest.Adjusting valves is easy and takes only about 15-30 seconds. Pictures are sent with instructions.The pool pump and hot tub heater are operated remotely.Please let me know if you are able to do this task before requesting hot tub heating.A/C's REME HALO® system has been proven to be 99% effective for killing airborne mold spores, bacteria, viruses.The pool is heated only by roof solar panels (not electric) and depends entirely on the weather. However, the water temperature is 80-95 degrees during the summer.Ask me about the current water temperature.The house features a four-bedroom, two-bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room, and a fully furnished patio with a screened salt pool and hot tub overlooking a quiet, accessible water pond.A strong WIFI router with extenders provides 2.4 and 5 GHz steady signals for all your work or gaming needs. The spacious living room with a high ceiling has a large, comfortable leather lazy boy chair, a love seat, and a sleeper sofa. A 75" Smart TV with soundbar.There is a small step down entering a Living Area, so please watch your step.The master bedroom includes a 65" Smart TV, a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.The second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and own 55" and 65" Smart TVs.The fourth Game Room bedroom features two queen-sized beds, the newest Xbox X with access to the Ultimate Account on a massive 75" Smart TV with a superior soundbar and sub buffer, and ceiling color LED lights to make your game or movie night unforgettable! There is a small step down entering a Game Room, so please watch your step.All new memory foam mattresses. Towels, pillows, 100% cotton linens, and soft/cozy blankets are included.The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, 8-in-1 Microwave, Ninja blender, coffee maker, and all the pots and pans, dishes, and utensils.The separate laundry room features a new washer and dryer and plenty of room to fold or iron your clothes. It also stores a crib, highchair, and small tub for your youngest, as well as ten beach chairs, beach towels, and a tote bag.There is a small step down entering a Laundry Room, so please watch your step.Guest bathroom jacuzzi works as a tub only. The house features a tanked water heater with a booster providing enough hot water for showering, but be mindful that a full bathtub takes a lot of water, so heating equipment may not withstand temporary hot water demand.
