Additional seating for 2 in the kitchen* KITCHEN: Completely stocked with everything you'll need...All kitchen items are newer, not a mishmash of vacation rental leftovers. Small Desk/Workspace is also available in this area* LAUNDRY: Washer/Dryer located in the garage* BEDROOM 1: Has King size bed with new pillows & mattress protector* BEDROOM 2: Has Queen size bed with new pillows & mattress protector* BATHROOM 1: Jacuzzi Tub/Shower Combo*BATHROOM 2: Stand up showerEXTRAS INCLUDED WITH OUR COASTAL ZEN:* Beach Towels*Private Dock Available for fishing or enjoying sunset at the table/chairs. This dock is NOT suitable for overnight boats. * Washer & Dryer available* All Towels & Linens provided as well as a starter set of Paper towels, Trash bags, Toilet Tissue, Shampoo/Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Dish Soap & Sponge, Laundry Detergent, Kleenex, Coffee & Creamer. Provided supplies is meant to get you started, and guests who are occupying the unit for longer periods of time may need to replenish at their own expense. *Use of Heated Pool, read carefully: optional daily HEATING FEE (you do not need to pay to use the pool/hot tub, only if you are heating) must be paid pre-trip. Please note: If you pay for the pool, the hot tub is included. Pool can only be heated when outside temps are consistently 60+ degrees. When temps drop lower, it places stress on the heater. Guests will have access to a remote that allows them to control temperature. Temps are monitored by management company through an App. Hot Tub Heating Only: $25 per dayPool & Hot Tub Heating: $75 per day for Pool or $500 per weekGuest Access:Guests will receive check in instructions 3 days prior to arrival.Other Things to Note:MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign a guest registration form after the booking has been accepted UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount before booking. Price adjusts based on the number of guests! If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $500 is required on date of arrival (depending on booking site). This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7-10 business days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the home. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250.NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY Non Aggressive Breed Dogs are allowed. If you are bringing a dog, a $100 Non Refundable Pet Fee will be collected pre-stay (2 dog max - dogs must be under 25 lbs) BREED AND SIZE MUST BE DISCLOSED BEFORE BOOKING. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool at anytime. We kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture.USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.
