All common areas of the property including pool, decks and dock are for exclusive use of the guests during your stay with complete privacy. This beautiful waterfront property has expansive open water views of the serene Saint Joseph Sound and top rated Caladesi and Honeymoon islands. The wildlife views from the decks create a unique one of a kind vacation experience. From this home kayaking ,windsurfing, paddle boarding and fishing are amazing and the sunsets are mesmerizing! You can enjoy the waterside pool, outside bar and boat dock. The pool is heated. The main living area offers an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, spacious kitchen with a sizable serving bar and lovely dining area all opening to the balcony, providing the perfect flow for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Each room has its own designated bathroom. Home has a private elevator from foyer level to the second floor living areas. The Pinellas Trail and Wall Springs Park are within walking distance and bicycles are on site. The famous Sponge Docks of the Greek Fishing Village of Tarpon Springs and top rated beaches of Caladesi and Honeymoon island are just 10 minutes away. Clearwater Beach and other Gulf beaches are just 20 minutes away. Downstairs pool area has an outdoor bar. Lush tropical landscaping complete the picture, creating this perfect get away. Sleeps 10 in four bedrooms with one king bed , 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a queen pullout bed. Free High Speed Digital Spectrum Internet and cable TV with full movie channels.
