This unit is the "Wooden Deck" (please see our other listing for the "Grassy Knoll" side unit #1066510) and boasts a large deck with picnic table with a water view, a master bedroom with king bed, and second bedroom with bunk beds (twin over full). All the beds were replaced in 2022. The unit includes a full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, hi-def flat screen cable tv/internet, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, and central air conditioning. We have everything you need including beach chairs and toys so that you can simply relax and enjoy your Cape vacation! You have the option of renting one unit or both (each unit has its own side and front door entrances; however the two units are able to connect to become one larger cottage with double amenities) SHEETS, TOWELS AND PILLOWCASES ARE NOT PROVIDED. NO PETS/NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN OR ON PREMISES.The house itself is in a great neighborhood across the street from Craigville Beach, with beachside snack bars just a few feet down the road. The water is warm and perfect for swimming. Spend the day at the beach or exploring the area including Hyannis and Osterville, which are only minutes away! WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY PLEASE.
