The spacious and open kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop prep space to make it easy to whip up everyone's favorite recipes. Meet up for mealtimes in the adjacent dining area or take your plates out to the furnished deck, fire up the gas grill, and indulge in the perfect alfresco experience. Back indoors, settle into one of two living areas including one with a plush sectional, skylight, and a Roku-equipped TV for evening channel surfing. You'll also find a furnished sunroom where you can relax and take in views of your enclosed back yard no matter the season.This home also includes a hideaway desk in one of the bedrooms if you need to set up your laptop and do a little work while you're away from home. You'll also find central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.THINGS TO KNOWOutdoor shower included (available starting May 15th, 2023).Three vintage bicycles provided for guests.The indoor fireplace is not functional and is only for decoration.The outdoor fireplace should not be used until repaired.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Security camera details: 4 Outdoor cameras.1.
