One of the seven villages of Barnstable. The home offers four bedrooms and two full baths along with an outdoor shower. For your comfort, there are window air conditioners, and a huge, private back yard. Centrally located, your Cape Cod vacation home is only 1.6 miles from Craigville Beach and a short distance to many other beaches, downtown Hyannis shopping, sightseeing, and great restaurants. You will be close to everything the Cape has to offer but the location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The property is a short drive to Falmouth and the National Seashore and Provincetown shopping, dining and whale watching are within about a one hour drive. There are also biking and hiking trails close by and beautiful spots to put your kayaks in the water. Raised ranch style home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a large bedroom downstairs with two queen beds. A living room, full kitchen and dining room upstairs lead to an outside deck. On the lower level is a second living room with a 65 inch smart TV leading out to a patio under the deck. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
