A cozy cottage located 4 miles from Leiper's Fork in Williamson County TN Sweet Tea Cottage lies nestled in the hills and hollers in Boston Community of Williamson County. Perfectly located just 4 miles from the Village of Leiper's Fork and 13 miles from historic downtown Franklin. Columbia and Spring Hill TN close by also. 45 minutes to downtown Nashville. Close to the Natchez Trace and Interstate 840 exits. Cottage is ideal for couples, anniversaries, honeymooners and families. The furnishing are hand-picked antiques with flair to the rustic spirit of our home that has charming interior full of wooden detail. Quite here except for the sounds of animals and nature. Enjoy the vista from the porches. Our country home is surrounded by picturesque 50 acres. Our animals include Texas longhorn cattle , miniature horse and donkeys, plus all kinds of untamed animals. You are welcome to walk around the farm. Your reservation serves as your signing liability waver. It has lots of interesting areas; creek, woods, large trees, etc.Quite here except the clucks and crow of our hens and rooster, bray (hee-haw) from the donkeys, mooing from cows, and sounds of nature like chirping crickets, gobble of turkeys, grunts of deer, and tweets and chirps of the birds. Children and adults have fun chasing fire flies during warm weather.House, front and back porches, patio and carport. 2 bedrooms * Bedroom 1 has full bed, table and chairs and dresser, *Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, table and chairs, TV cabinet w/Direct TV and DVD player, wash stand and desk.* Family room has couch, Direct TV and DVD player, and 3 recliner chairs.*Bathroom tub and shower, washer and dryer.* Fully equipped kitchen *WiFi available when requested * tissue paper and paper towels.*Check in at your convenience with Keypad check in anytime after 4:00 PM central time and check out at 11:00 AM.We try hard to make it your place to ESCAPE, UNWIND, REJUVENATE, AND then go TOUR.
