Bright, modern and inviting apartment on a quaint residential street Conveniently located to grocery stores and local parks. The Blue Door is a 3 bed, 2 bath second story apartment in a peaceful residential neighborhood. It is family and dog friendly.Enjoy covered porch seating, outdoor grilling, yard games and a beautiful neighborhood to take walks. We welcome up to 2 dogs. We provide dog bowls, blanets and waste bags. There is a $50 pet fee per stay. Absolutely no dogs are to be left outside of a crate while tenants are away. Absolutely no dogs on furniture. There will be a $75 charge for extra cleaning of linens and couches if evidence of hair and dirt is found. Dogs must be on a leash outside of the apartment. Our beds are triple sheeted with 680 thread count sheets, without throw pillows to ensure cleanliness for each guest.The Blue Door opens into the bright living room and kitchen. Two queen bedrooms and one full bath are located on one end of the space. The master suite and bath are down the hall at the other end. It has a luxurious sitting room with Ethan Allen chairs. Both windows have black out shades to ensure deep sleep. Each room has a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens and trees. Most days birdwatching is a fun pastime. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. The kitchen is stocked with spices, olive oil and paper goods. We provide cooking and baking pans, a Dutch oven, 3 types of coffee pots, an electric kettle, dishes, glassware, a toaster and children's plates and cups. The kitchen is equipped for a family who would like to cook during their stay. We have a high chair, walker and pack and play with sheets.
