Gatlinburg is a short 10-12 minutes away.This building #1, 2nd floor unit overlooks the Gatlinburg Golf Course and features four (4) king beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to ten (10) guests. The unit also has four (4) full bathrooms. The condo was recently updated (May 2023) and was placed into rental service as an owner managed condo for the first time in July 2023.
