This first floor, one bedroom condo is located in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, ONLY TWO BLOCKS from center of town in the Olde Gatlinburg Place Condos! The condo features all brand new furniture, including a COMFY queen size sofa couch. There is a 55" smart TV in the living room and a beautiful stacked stone fireplace and right outside the sliding glass doors is the seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub! There is a small kitchenette area with mini fridge, cook top stove, perfect for doing some small meals if you like to dine in. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably. In the main bedroom is a queen size bed with 43" TV. Coin operated washer & dryer located on first floor of complex for your convenience. You are within walking distance to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Annakeesta, and the main strip of Gatlinburg at Traffic light #5. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg, you won't want to miss this BEAUTIFUL CONDO!
