Lake Front/Sleeps 58+! This is a beautiful lakefront property with 1400 feet of shoreline full of beautiful acreage, woods, & BREATHTAKING views! It is accompanied by a dock, beach, sand volleyball, a boat ramp, kayaks, & all included! You can also rent a pontoon boat right from the property! Have boats or watercraft of your own? Bring them! We have a boat ramp right onsite & plenty of room for your trailers, as well as docking. Play volleyball, corn hole, Beersbie, ladder golf, giant Jenga or just play in the cleanest, coolest water on the lake. The water comes right out of the mountains & dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. We are actually in one of the best areas to fish. Eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach & watch AMAZING sunsets! Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving & ziplining. We are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. The views are incredible & the house has 1870 charm mixed with 21st century décor & conveniences. Breathtaking views of the lake & lawns & you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!1. Open gathering area with giant windows to see the lake & mountains.2. Luxurious sleeping quarters with hotel linens & towels.3. The twin metal bunk beds have a weight limit of 220lbs upper & lower. *The water recreation area is a good walk but is accessible by vehicle. We have 5 acres & you can drive right to the dock if desired. Too much to describe, so please see pictures.**We do allow pets; however, please discuss with us before booking. *There is a Resort pool next door available to Magnolia guests. It is open Memorial Day-Early Fall. This is a resort pool & subject to possible intermittent pockets of unavailability due to potential privately booked events. Please do not book this property solely because of this pool. Not anticipating too much unavailability but want to disclose properly. Mostly Saturdays (if at all) anticipated & an occasional Sunday. *CLEANING FEE DISCLAIMER: We are disenchanted that we have a pass-through cleaning fee so high these days but with everything going on in the country with higher costs & labor shortages, this is our new reality. We understand that when this fee is split by the large groups that is nominal per-person but we want you to know our hearts are that we wish it wasn’t so high regardless of that. It is a very large house to turn over in such a short amount of time & weekend help is extremely hard to find help. We only have 1780 people that live here so we have to be the highest paid to retain the best & they are AWESOME! Conversely, we are pleased to remind you that we have so much included with this property. Unlimited firewood, propane for grill & gas fire pit, all the coffee supplies you need except coffee. All sweeteners, powdered creamer, filters & we have a selection of tea. We have spices & oils galore. You don’t need to bring trash bags or paper goods either. We stock enough for your entire stay, not just a starter amount. Bathroom & facial tissues, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, salt & pepper shakers, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, aluminum foil, assorted sizes of zip lock bags, plastic Saran-type wrap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, Q-tips, cotton balls, filled hand soap dispensers throughout, kitchen sponges & Dawn dishwashing liquid. We have first aid kits. We have hospitality boxes with all sorts of things you & your guests may forget. There is a huge list of everything stocked for you if you would like us to send to you. Our guests have told us in reviews that all they need to bring is food & clothes. One last thing on cleaning: If you are going to check out on a weekday, please inquire if there will be a break in this fee.
